Leon Scott Kennedy is one of the most popular protagonists in the Resident Evil franchise, known for his transformation from a rookie cop to an elite government agent. He first appeared in Resident Evil 2 (1998) and has since become a central figure in the series.

Leon was born in 1977 and decided to join law enforcement to help people and make a difference. On his first day as a rookie police officer in Raccoon City, he was thrown into the chaos of the T-virus outbreak. This baptism by fire shaped his future, turning him into a skilled and resilient survivor. Following the Raccoon City Incident, Leon was recruited by the U.S. government and trained to become a special agent specializing in counter-bioterrorism.
